He has led large HR projects such as acquisitions, integrations, change management, restructures, deployment of metrics-based in-house recruiting processes and teams, and a particular passion for executive coaching. Ed is a trusted thought-partner: pragmatic; solutions oriented; has a keen understanding of how business works; and believes strongly in simplification.
Ed created NextStep HR Partners out of a realization that many business change events...aquisition, growth strategy, key HR vacancy, etc...have people implications. In those instances, the critical "next step" is to develop appropriate HR actions. NextStep HR Partners is the solution for navigating the people implications of business change.
